Personnel Committee

• Work with the Pastor to conduct an annual job performance review of each staff member.
• Oversee the Pastoral Relations Committee to complete an annual review of the Pastor.
• Provide salary guidance annually for the budget preparation.
• Be available to assist the Pastor in any administrative problems.
• Review and recommend changes in personnel policies.
